Volunteer Opportunities at Habitat For Humanity

Habitat homes happen in our community because of volunteers like you. Volunteer opportunities include:

BUILD SITES - Construction crew volunteers need not have experience, but must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Be able to make a full day commitment
  • Sign a volunteer waiver

RESTORE STAFF - ReStore volunteers must:

  • Be at least 14 (14 and 15 welcome with parent/guardian supervision)
  • Complete the Habitat Restore Volunteer Information Record
  • Sign a volunteer waiver

COMMITTEE WORK - Volunteers on Habitat committees do all that it takes to keep Central Berkshire Habitat running, including:

  • Family Selection
  • Home Site Selection
  • Construction
  • Family Partnership
  • Finance
  • Building for Tommorrow
  • and more...

Habitat also offers youth volunteer opportunities (individual and groups) and always needs volunteers to provide or donate worksite lunches to our build crews. Central Berkshire Habitat for Humanity is a registered Community Service Station, provided community service hours through volunteering at the Habitat ReStore.
